Royal International Air Tattoo 2024

  • This shoot details my first time visiting the Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT), this being the 2024 show. To start, for anyone who doesn't know what this is, RIAT is an annual event typically held at RAF Fairford where aircraft of many types from many different air forces around the world partake in a massive air show for the general public.

    The main theme this year was the 50th Anniversary of the F-16 Fighting Falcon, which included a long line-up of at least one F-16 from each air force that operates the type. Other themes included 75 years of NATO and 100 years of the Royal Canadian Air Force. 

    I have been to a few air shows before, but RIAT is certainly the largest one I've experienced, and the most memorable.
